Orders and Shipping

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

How do I change my shipping address?

If you have a shipping address that differs from you billing address, you can change it at checkout. To edit your default billing and shipping address go to your account page.

How do I track the status of my order?

You can view the tracking information for your order by going to the orders page, clicking the order you want to track, and then by clicking the “track your order” button.

Will you keep my credit card information on file?

We do not keep any credit card information on file. Credit card information my be kept in the account of the payment processor you choose at checkout.

Do you charge sales tax?

We charge a sales tax rate of 6% for all orders that are shipped to the state of Virginia only.

Do you ship to my country?

We can ship to just about any country. Shipping costs may vary for international orders.

Will my items come in one package?

Your items will likely come in one package, but may come in multiple packages if you order accessories. If you items come in separate packages you will receive a tracking number for each individual package.

What is your return policy?

Devices may be returned for a refund within 30 days . A restocking fee of 5% may be held from the refund to cover payment processing fees.

I received the wrong item

If you received the wrong item please reach out to us directly and we will assist you in getting the proper device out to you.

My order arrived damaged

Orders that arrive damaged are only eligible for compensation if shipping insurance was purchased by the customer at checkout.

For your convenience, we can also provide a prepaid return label that can be printed and used to send the products back. The cost of the label may be deducted from the refund.

What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

We are unable to edit a shipping address once the order has been processed. If we have not processed the order yet we can cancel the order and the order can be replaced with an updated shipping address. All cancelled orders will incur a 5% fee, which will be taken from the refund, to cover payment process fees.

Can I change or cancel an order after I've submitted it?

An order may be cancelled if it has not been processed. All cancelled orders will incur a 5% fee, which will be taken from the refund, to cover payment process fees. Orders can not be cancelled once they have been processed.
